STRESS AND SET BACK

I'm sorry i quit sparking for awhile. I found out my son was into drugs and stealing to support his habit. His drug addiction has torn me down and of course I turned to comfort foods. That is the wrong way to cope. I'm getting control of me again.I will watch what I eat and how much. I will exercise at least 30 minutes a day ( it seems to help with the stress) and I will drink at least 8 8oz. glasses of water. I will check into sparkpeople daily. I will pray daily and remember that " THIS TO SHALL PASS!"Thank you so much for letting me get this off my chest! May God Bless You!!

    I am sorry! I will pray for you as well and yes, sometimes in life "This too shall pass" provides lots of comfort during the rough times. Just remember that God is walking with you even in the toughest of times.

The year 2011 has been one of the hardest ever. So 2012 I'm so ready for you . I have great plans to get back on track. My foot is better so I can walk and do zumba again. I put on weight in 2011 each time I quit smoking and when I broke my tibula. Now i have NO plans on ever smoking again.( I just quit on the 10th of Dec. again) I plan on exercising daily, drinking at least 8 8oz. glasses of water, and watching what I eat. I plan on keeping ya all posted weekly on how the journey is going.

refusing to fail

Crazy woman has a restraing order now!!I'm back at step one! I am going to exercise for 30 minutes a day (I plan on taking my son with me) I am going to watch what I eat!!( no more chips and ice cream with tears-- I refuse to let anyone get to me like this) I am not going to eat after 5 pm-- instead I'll only have water and lastly I will NOT smoke anymore no matter how stressed I am!! Small steps always win the race emoticon Thank you everyone for the support!! WE can and win do it!!!!

STRESSED

Well, I blew it again. Smoking and eating my stresses, teenager drama along with a old lady chasing my autistic son. I'm not to sure what to do. We filed a antiharrasment order and the police say its a waste of paper.Anyone got any suggestions?We have called the police told her to stay away and am not giving him the option to communicate with her.We really aren't sure of the realationship if it is friendly, drug, sexual, or shes just crazy!

    Wow hon, that's a heckuva lot to deal with! Unfortunately I've got no advice on the stalker lady.

Hang in there! Don't look at it as "I blew it" - it's just a bump in the road. Today is a new day - start each day fresh, and keep on picking yourself back up.

1st week

Well it seems i've gained a couple pounds! I haven't smoked for 6 days!! Ya!! I'm going to work on my other goals still I'll let all now here next week.This week I weighed in at 230

    6 days? That is so awesome! Cut yourself a little slack until you get in a non-smoking routine. It gets easier and easier I promise. You can do it! :)
