My Vision: to be a more healthier, happier woman. to love my body. to have more self confidence. to be 135!!
plan: just workout consistently, and eat healthy
timeline: i hope to have the weight off by June 2009. When I say weight I
mean down to 135.
action steps: well, MWF are my strength training and TTS are my cardio days.. I try to get cardio in every day though.... Sunday is usually my day off.
motivation: That would be my children and the fact that I wanna FEEL hot!!! I just wanna be able to chase my kids around without getting winded.

definition of persistence : If something doesnt go my way I keep going. I wont give up!!!
learning curves: When I first started sparkpeople I really wasnt sure how to go about losing weight hence the fact I have always failed in the past... Now, I have so so much support and I am so much happier. I am still learning
