Here I sit on a Sunday morning recapping my first week back with spark. It's another cold and rainy day
I used to live for weekends however not so much now, I struggle with eating right and getting my exercise in. I prefer the structure of the week days, I'm up earlier, exercise more and eat much better.
I will use this cold and rainy day to prep my meals for the week ahead, tidy the house and keep thinking positive thoughts!
I've had a great first week back with spark! I've set new goals, joined new teams and made new friends. I know from my previous experience that tracking is key for me. This wonderful website is full of great tips, recipes and just overall motivation, use it!
I will end this blog in a positive note, I lost 4 pounds my first week back
