The last two days I failed and it will be hard tomorrow . My Big family and friends gathering . I am going to try to not overdo , I am not sure how many calories is in soupish a traditional portuguese dish . I have to have it at least once a year. I love you family and I thank God every day for blessing me with you all even though none of you are going to read this I am trying to lose my 30 pound of fat and it is not easy. All I want is to feel healthy and not so tired all the time, WHICH I KNOW IS FROM SITTING ON MY BIG BUT NOT MOVING AWWWWWWWWW now I am feeling better. Writing things out gets it out side od your self,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i am going to do this more often. I just will try not to jump all over the place.................. but I was in the flow mood and just had to get it out emoticon come what may its ok

    You can do this! Don't feel bad about eating soupish, just don't overdo and enjoy each mouthful slowly. emoticon

    emoticon It was the first time. You did not fail. You learned something. Now you have a better idea of what to expect. emoticon emoticon for actually tracking your food, that is a huge step. Track it anyway even if you do not fall within the range. It is better to know. emoticon
