1-7 goals
~ healthy breakfast smoothie
~am workout: cardio and strength (get it in before I can put it off!) Quick 16 min on treadmill and 4 min strength-
~ minimum 20 minute workout 20 min, no more no less!
~ take a healthy lunch (l/o veggie soup and steamed broccoli)
~ take dd to school
~drink water throughout the day at school (this will be the real test!)
~64-100oz water
~ cook a healthy dinner (even if I can't eat it!) ate out, healthy meal though
~ avoid unhealthy "treats" regardless of the source!- um, well, the service was bad so they gave us free dessert- hot fudge brownie with ice cream, but we split 2 between 5 people, so not too bad and it was SO good!
~ lay out clothes for tomorrow YAY for Saturday, workout clothes all day!
~ 1 load laundry
Food intake today: (part of a weekly challenge this week)
Breakfast: spinach- strawberry smoothie
Lunch- Veggie soup and broccoli
snack after school (free pizza was delivered!): tiny piece of grilled chicken pizza
Dinner- Grilled shrimp, plain with no sauce, seasoning, etc, steamed broccoli with no butter, etc. and part of the amazing hot fudge brownie with ice cream
Snack- banana
And about 80+oz of water throughout the day

~ work on lesson plans for the coming few weeks
~ 1 load laundry

1-3 goals:
~am workout: cardio and strength (get it in before I can put it off!): didn't get to workout this am. Couldn't get to sleep last night, then couldn't get up ths am! Did walk with my students 1.5 miles, and walked a mile when I got home even though it was dark!
~ take a healthy lunch (l/o veggie soup and a banana, only thing I know I can eat!) yummy, even though I didn't get to eat until after school!
~ take dd to school: on time, no rushing!
~1st day back to school Went well, though none of us were ready to be back!
~ take my weights, step, and mat to school- no excuses not to workout! Took the weights and mat, need to take the step tomorrow. Getting my workout center set up at school!
~drink water throughout the day at school (this will be the real test!) No problems!
~64-100oz water over 100 oz!!
~ cook a healthy dinner (even if I can't eat it!) We grilled chicken and veggies, plus steamed broccoli and an edamame/corn blend! I ate the veggies, which were wonderful!
~ Pack lunch for Tuesday- done: l/o veggie soup and steamed broccoli
~ pack swim bag for Tuesday (we take our class swimming on alternate Tues/Thurs)z; packed, but probably not going to swim because of my mouth still being sore.
~ got several loads of laundry done
No practices tonight!
I did really well with eating and trying to fit in exercise today, despite not being awake enough to workout this am. I got home after 5pm, and by the time I started a load of clothes, talked to dh for 5 minutes to plan dinner, and changed into workout clothes, it was getting dark. I went out and walked anyway, for a little over a mile. Only one issue today: someone placed a box of candy in the cafeteria. I avoided it all day. Told myself I wouldn't be able to eat it because it probably had nuts, hard things in it, etc. Another teacher was talking about what was in it: strawberry and orange cremes, which I cannot (and unfortunately, did not) resist! Oh well, ate healthy the rest of the day. A little chocolate isn't going to completely derail me in the grand scheme of things!
