My daughter's birthday was yesterday and she had an ice cream cake. I had a small piece and than another. First time since I started to try and lose weight; that I had "sweets". It was SO good. I didn't feel bad, because I knew I'll be working out the next day (a little longer). Ummm...when I was sweating my butt off this morning I started to feel a little bad :) Damn, cake...but it was GOOD.

  

A good day so far...

I got up and ate a good breakfast. Got my kids off to school. Went to school myself and found out my spanish class is cancelled. So happy. I don't like spanish! Lucky me! Getting ready to have lunch--a healthy lunch!
