Well, we just completed week #3 of our BLC #11. I was up a few pounds last week, but that will stop now. I started to lose my motivation, but I know I have it in me to get it back. I got up off the couch tonight and popped in my new EA Sports Active, More Workouts and did the 30 minute Step Aerobics workout (slow). It kicked my butt, kept my heart rate up and I was sweating like a pig. I just have to get my eating back under control. I need to do this and get this challenge working for me again. I have no problem with my water, I get in my 8 glasses a day, sometimes more. I just need to get my head back in the swing of things again and dust myself off and start anew... As long as we keep going, we will succeed.
