In order to get my RDA of fruits and vegetables I have been having a big salad for lunch.
Today I had mixed spring greens, one vine ripe tomato, seven black olives, ten white grapes. I had ranch dressing. Sometimes I have rice vinegar.

I bought a Health Master blender some time ago. When I first got it I made ice cream from frozen fruit, soy milk, coconut milk, etc. I just read a recipe in the Spark Recipes section for soft serve banana ice cream. Only about 105 calories per serving. It's just frozen bananas blended. It's a little cold for ice cream but I think I'll make some anyway.
