One week ago, I felt nearly hopeless.
One week ago I ached all over.
One week ago it was a struggle to walk up or down the stairs of my home.
One week ago, I was out of control with my eating.
One week ago, eating 10,000 calories in one day was not uncommon.
One week ago, it hurt to walk for 10 minutes.
In the last week I have averaged less than 1400 calories per day.
In the last week, I have exercised on purpose for over 175 minutes.
In the last week, I have logged over 40,000 steps on my pedometer.
After one week, my aches are nearly non-existent!
After one week, I can trot up and down the stairs at home...no pain!
After one week, I feel like my eating is much more under control.
After one week, I enjoy wearing my pedometer and racking up the steps.
After one week, I can do a brisk 2 miles with Leslie Sansone - in 24 minutes!
What a difference just one week can make.
