So today I'm going to make sure I have a high calorie day to mix things up a bit, no over indulging really just extra snacks to kick my metabolism into gear. After a couple of low calorie days I figured it wont hurt, it will probably do more good than harm.
The weather is AWFUL today, rain rain rain and I've heard snow is on its way again! I hate snow with a passion, there is no need for it! My husband is away until tomorrow and the kids are refusing to go outside in the cold so we're stuck indoors. Nothing irritates me more than being stuck at home..
I'm itching to go out and do a hike, I'm gonna research local walks etc in our area. Sparkguy had posted about having a hiking date with his wife.. might not be a bad thing to plan with Rob for when he gets a weekend off. We don't get to do much on our own.
I also need to get my bike out.. I've had it for 2 yrs and rode on it a grand total of 2 times.. I find cycling to be absolute torture. I look a complete mess. I'm so bad at it that it's actually funny to watch BUT it's another form of fitness to mix things up, plus after a bit of practice I may become good at it again, I could ride fine when I was younger but that was quite a few years ago
Now it's time for a cup of tea, the kids have vanished to watch a dvd so I'm going to chill out- what sundays are made for!
