7 day soup diet: Day 1

So today is soup and fruit. So far have had a bowl of fruit for breakfast (strawberry's, grapes, blueberry's, watermelon, cantaloupe, and melon. Eating an apple right now as a snack. In a little bit will warm up the veggie soup I made last night - sure hope its good. Only have drunk water so far - hoping to keep to that. We'll see how the rest of the day goes.

Soda / Caffeen

I'm proud to say that I have totally cut out soda and caffeen from my diet!!! I have been wanting to cut soda's but have had trouble and when my pastor encouraged us to spend the season of lent in prayer and fasting, I decided to give up and fast from soda's. So, whenever I had a craving for a soda I would be like nope gave it up and didn't get crave into temptation!! I was though still drinking sweet tea (with splenda) but after a couple weeks I just weened myself off of that and just drink pretty much water with crystal light in it :)

Week 6

Another 2.5 lbs this week!!! For a total of 13.5. I've totally been able to cut out soda's and almost caffeen from my diet. Feel soo much better. Having crazy allergies right now though so have been sleeping a lot! Did the whole 10 min cardo workout both sat and sun and I really like it. One of these days I may buy one of her video's.

Well week 4 wasn't so good - on my period and bloating like crazy - so gained 1.5 lbs. Week 5 was better though - Lost the 1.5 lbs from the week before plus another 2.5 lbs for a total of 11 lbs lost in 5 weeks.

For weigh in on Monday I was down another 1.5 lbs for a 3 week total of 9 lbs!!! I feel great! At church Sunday someone came up behind me and told me I looked like I lost weight - which made me feel really good! I'm getting antsy so going to go walk :)
