Was doing so well earlier in the week. New medication and inhalers seemed to be working and was able to get out and walk with my hubanero and enjoy the cooler weather. Now struggling to breathe and looking at being in the hospital tomorrow. So discouraged and finding it hard to keep up the fight. I know God has a perfect plan for my life but right now I am struggling to keep my chin up.

I wish I could give you a hug. But I can't so you will just have to rest in our Father's arms. I am and will be praying that God gives you a quiet calm night with great rest and youwill be able to avoid the hospital.

I know that it's hard because we want it NOW, we want it All Now. I am not doing well with having to be patient myself, it's much slower coming off and I'm forgetting that I need to add simple activity back into my workout - like just walking. It does not have to be intense and it can be 10 minute activities at a time.

So get your breathing under control and we will work on knocking off the next pound together.

I am really struggling to get going. The hardest part is getting the energy to exercise. Breathing is such an issue. I am not really good at being social on here, overwhelmed by all the places to post and answer etc. Would love some support! All of the stories are so inspiring! Keri

Hello Keri! I felt the same way when I first started sparking. It takes a while to get used to all the different aspects but you will be a pro in no time!

When it comes to exercise, my motto is do what you think is your limit and then push yourself a little harder. I also struggled with breathing when I first started, and the sweat just poured off me, but with time it will become easier!

Don't give up. Sparkpeople has changed my life and I have only been serious about it since January of this year. I have lost a total of 45 pounds, but have gained some of that back due to a medical condition that set me back. but, the good news is that I keep coming back and utilizing all the wonderful tools that SP offers! Let me know if I can help you in any way....

Best of luck and YOU CAN DO IT!!! emoticon
