So you're wondering why am I all smiles because I'm up 1.2 lbs, right? No, not pregnant! I had a visit from TOM and I'm totally ecstatic that I ONLY gained 1.2 lbs and not 3 or 4 lbs!!!
I have not been eating well neither yesterday nor today, but today is a gym day and I'm going to hit it hard. I'm going to try to exercise for a couple of hours and see if I can't burn 1,000 cals.
So here goes...
It would be great to lose 2 lbs this week... I would be totally satisfied with a 2 lb loss.
The rest of this week I'm planning on doing 1,600 cals.
I want to plan my meals at least the day before so I can have a plan in place not to exceed my 1,600 cals. Last week I did pretty OK staying below 1,700... so I know it will be a challenge to stay at 1,600. It's getting personal. LOL!!! I mean, I like to eat... without even thinking I went over 2,000 calories. A lot of it was estimates so it was probably more... and yesterday, I'm sure I ate all the calories I needed for 2 days as well. So it's crucial that I eat 1,600 for the next 5 days without fail. I must see my scale reflecting a 2 lb loss (at least!).
