Well, so last week I didn't blog at all (shame on me) it was a busy week.
I only lost .4 lb. I wasn't discouraged... just a bit disappointed... but then I remembered that I prayed to God that I would gain, or stay the same. I guess He answered that prayer accordingly... then I had to laugh. I loss is always better than a gain or a maintain, no matter how small.
This past week, I made a few adjustments, even tho I wasn't feeling my workouts because of my dying HRM battery... and I came down 2.4 lbs. Thus, fully establishing my presence in the 150s.
However, TOM is coming to town with scheduled arrival of Wednesday 2/22. I hope this is so. I hate a weekend arrival! I'm feeling the hormonal cravings and just NO MOTIVATION to do anything right. So I'm fighting the natural man, that FLESH, that self destructing being... by overcoming my feeling with simply trying to do the right thing. Blew it today... but thankfully, there is tomorrow.
So here are my stats:
GW: 155.5 if TOM doesn't mess me up!!!
Goals for the remainder of the week:
1. Get sleep
2. Switch from evening to morning workouts
3. Stay within the 1320 - 1670 calorie range (ideal is under 1600)
