As stated in the last blog, I didn't hold to my vow in my signature, but miraculously only gained 1.4 lb. Then yesterday I really went overboard and maintained. I think my body is just tired and needs to rest and misses the calories. All last week I was just giving the body the minimum and I could feel it in the gym.
Now that I don't have my HRM (well, I have it but can't use it, need to send the watch and the band in to get my watch battery changed), I'm just going to be going by my breathing. I'm hoping I can burn enough calories. Last night I was so tired, but I got my Strong Lifts done with an attitude. I mean, I was rolling a lot fast than normal. The only exercise I went 5 lbs up on was squats. It amazes me how it's heavier but feels doable. Next time around 180 lbs. I left my chest press and barbell row at 90. Form is important and it's still a challenge for me at 90 lbs.
Today, I've already reached about 1400 cals because of the Durian. I think I ate about 500 grams of durian. That's a total guess. I didn't bring my scale with me... dh won't let me eat it in the house because he thinks it stinks so much. LOL!!! So I was choppin' out on the covered porch (it's raining). IT wasn't the best durian I've had, but it's been so long since i've had one, I just enjoyed it!
So today, I'll just be doing cardio... I pray I burn enough!
