... but I think I know what it is, so I'll just make the necessary adjustments : )

I thought this month was going to be "the month." You know, get up early and get lots of exercise in... but the only running around I did was in the car... DC, WV, MD... going going going... but not enough workout, workout, workout....

So... uh... dunno...

But I know one thing... my goal for 1,750 fitness minutes is over. I will be happy if I get more than a 1,000 for the month all things considered.

Up next... the 4th of July. (Oh, and I don't expect to be at Goal by then... as my sparkpage so indicates. )

... and I still need your encouragement!

So I missed a week of blogging and weighing in because I was out of town. And I guess I maintained because this week I lost under a pound from last weigh in (two weeks ago). So I say it's better to go down than to stay the same or even worse, go up.

So here I am ... and I've only got 558 fitness minutes in the month of June. I just didn't realize how busy I would be this month. And I tell you, I'm not trying to stress myself out trying to get my goal of 1750 fitness minutes this month. Everything depended on me being home with the normal schedule but it's been anything but normal around here. So I think I'm making that my goal for next month... but everything is really up in the air for now.

All I know is... I need to get to GOAL. Assuming I don't hit it by July 4th... I just need to hit it!

    I've always heard that the last 5/10 lbs are the hardest - but we know that with God, nothing is impossible. You can definitely do this - forget about July 4th just look to 140. It's within your reach.

... and I need your encouragement to get me to make the goal!!!!

I am so tired of being in this phase of my weight loss goals. So I'm ready to go that extra mile in hopes of being at goal within 5-7 weeks!!!!!

That's right, I put myself out there.

I have on my sparkpage that I want to get there by July 4th... but since that's less than 4 weeks away and SP promotes no more than 2 lbs of loss per week... I'll just give myself more than enough time to reach my goal : )

I can do this, with your support!!!!

Who's there?


June who?

June go'n try to lose some weight this month? emoticon

Well, I forgot to blog last week. I went up to 153.6 instead of going into 151 something. This week I lost only 1.2 lbs taking me to 152.4, so I didn't make my goal of being back in the 140s by June. : ( No worries... it's been a tough month for a lot of reasons and just the fact that I'm still moving and still sp-ing is a good thing.

So tomorrow is the first day of June. I got off to a good start this week by going out for a walk, even though time really didn't permit it : ) I want to get 1,750 fitness minutes this month, (I exceeded last month's goal.) I want to commit to eating well and getting some ST in every week so I build my muscles back up.

    You got me. LOL I need to get serious with my weight. The last week I have been immobilized with severe pain in my right knee and you can not burn too many calories from the couch. Best wishes this week. Your humor is an asset whether dealing with dieting or with other life's challenges.

I don't mind the up in weight this week, though....
I didn't realize that TOM was going to show up the day before WI. So I'm happy that it was just .6 lb because sometimes I've gained like 5 lbs during TOM.
I still have a lot going on in the "personal" area... which makes it so hard to spark freely.
I'm confident that God is control... but I know I have to do my part as well and that's taking a lot of time.

I've still got 140 in mind for May's goal.

I'm going to do my part on this one too... and God will have to do the rest ; )

    That's POINT 6 lbs? I wouldn't even blink at that. Even without TOM you can have a water difference of that much for any number of reasons. Be gentle with yourself - you're doing GREAT! emoticon

You'll meet your goal, for sure!
I'm keeping you in prayer about the "personal" issues. Going through a few things here myself. But God is in control, and His will is being done. Every act of obedience draws us closer to our breakthrough. I have to keep reminding myself of that, 'cuz when times get hard, I tend to get hard-headed. LOL!

    I had the exact same timing issue with my "official" weekly weigh-in yesterday, only compounded with a big dinner the night before. The nice thing is that when the timing isn't great one week, you usually see a better payoff the following week!
