June go'n try to lose some weight this month?
Well, I forgot to blog last week. I went up to 153.6 instead of going into 151 something. This week I lost only 1.2 lbs taking me to 152.4, so I didn't make my goal of being back in the 140s by June. : ( No worries... it's been a tough month for a lot of reasons and just the fact that I'm still moving and still sp-ing is a good thing.
So tomorrow is the first day of June. I got off to a good start this week by going out for a walk, even though time really didn't permit it : ) I want to get 1,750 fitness minutes this month, (I exceeded last month's goal.) I want to commit to eating well and getting some ST in every week so I build my muscles back up.
