Well, last you heard I was in cake heaven. LOL
As I result, I wound up in scale hell. LOL Yeah, a 6 lb gain in one week. Hey, anything is possible.
I never started cal counting like I wanted to. Some habits are easier to break than others. So it will be hard, I guess, to start it back up again.
I've really not been focusing on getting to goal much any more. I just hate seeing me gain weight. So my new goal is to get back into 140ville and stay there or go down on the scale.
I really don't have a concrete plan except to exercise more. I mean, if I'm going to eat, I better work it, right?
I'm been walking and walk/jogging... did it a few times with weights... so my arms feel pretty good. But ST is very missed and much needed so I will have to get back to that.
I need to make May count and it all begins tomorrow. Sheesh... summer is almost here... let's drop this weight like it's extra clothing (and in the summer we all know it's too hot for extra clothing!!!!)
Oh, and the 1,223 is for how many fitness minutes I got this month. I think that's alright taking all things into consideration. I want to make it 1,500 for May. : )
