Okay, so I leave snowy Ontario for the sunny not so warmth south for the winter and get totally active. Some of you would say I am going to extremes but I am enjoying what I am doing. I have been walking about 3 miles every day and playing tennis 5 days a week. I am burning so many calories, I have to get my mind set to eating more. I was trying to eat approximately 1300 healthy calories a day but my trackers keep telling me to be eating between 1600 and 1900 a day. It is so hard to get that through me and yet I know I need to, to lose the weight. I have a fitbit and yesterday alone I burnt 2000 calories. I go for a weigh in tomorrow, but I really don't think I have come down a whole lot. I only want to lose 1 1/2 to 2 a week and I am hoping for that. I guess I will try for at least 1600 and see how I do.
