you got me...lol...I was down too, but just what I gained turn TOM's visit, but I did go down .2 more than just before TOM... I will take it. Better than be stuck at that weight.

i didnt fall 4 it but i need to borrow ur icon here so i can fool someone i know maybe my husband he hasent been on yet so maybe i can get him. dont tell him. dan and i are competeing 4 a free dinner so i just want him to think he lost this round of losses this week and maybe he will think he is so loseing so i ccan win but he isnt, i will feel like i will not beat him because he is doing so well he has more to lose this challenge but i hope the limes can beat him and the jade team. he is helping his team like i am the limes but i am not doing as well. i am goign to ask him if whoevers team has a better weight loss at the end wins the free dinner. he is creping up to me on the number too. i am happy 4 what i have done but i am so competitive. he has lost 35 + since spark in a few months and since the challenge has started around there. In other news, my weight was down a bit today so I'm happy about that. Now if only I could get myself up and moving with the exercise. I don't know why I'm not doing that already, it's like a mental block or something. I might put my dance shoes on and dance around the house tonight, it's burns calories & entertains my dog at the same time. Right Kozi?

You're too funny...I'll never forget the look on the Peanut's face when i danced in front of him one day...he was half frightened/half confused as to what the heck I was doing! LOL! I haven't danced in front of the kids since ~ didn't want to traumatize them! Ohhh my... Kozi is such a little CUTIE! :) Well, whatever you've lost, I've found sister...trying to feel some self-love up here. Thanks for that beautiful quote ~ I need to apply that today. I'm just glad it's over. Good news is that I had a 2 lb loss this week, I am happy about that. 
I hope I'll remember to weigh-in on Thursday, I'm spending most of my time in my cave ... er, my bedroom. Hubby got sick first, Grayson second and now I've got it. Miserable stuff! Just thought I'd let my sparkfriends know I'm not ignoring anyone, I'm just not up to sparking right now.
