So I had this unbelievably great two weeks and dropped a number of pounds, what amounts to 25% of the weight I wanted to lose. I should be thrilled about this right? Instead, all I can think of is how unlikely it is that I'll continue to lose. Oh well, what happens, happens. I can only control my thoughts and actions.

    Welcome to SparkPeople. We are all here for the same reason, no matter what our personal story is. We are here to help each other to get to that healthy point we want to be in our lives. It is not going to be easy, but it is attainable. Make small goals and they will lead to big successes. I too have continuing knee and foot issues. I can't exercise as much as I would like, however, by breaking it up into 10 minute intervals I am finding I can get exercise in. Welcome and get active on this site. emoticon
