So Tired!

It is Monday and I find myself exhausted. Looking forward at this week makes me cringe. I started a new job last week and am loving what I do, but the hours are longer and my commute is more than twice as long. I leave my house an hour earlier than I did before and I get home 1.5 hours later than before. The rythm of going to the gym after work and going to a step class has been broken because I barely have enough time to get there and change before the class starts.
I get home from my day at work and I'm so exhausted I went to bed at 7pm twice without eating dinner or doing anything physical.
I hope this week will be better.
I will plan and pack my lunches instead of eating icky caffeteria food.
I will make an effort to go to the gym atleast twice.
And when I am at the coast for my planned girls weekend I will take a brisk beach walk both saturday and sunday.

    Don't give up it will get better. You'll learn ways to adjust your new routine to fit everything in. Good thought on planning meals ahead, that's a good start on the food side. You and your body just need time to adjust. emoticon

    You're amid a nexus of changes. It's so normal to feel drained. You've just got to find your groove after the weariness of learning a new job begins to settle a bit and find other ways to sneak in your exercise, like dancing in the LR for 5-10 minutes to music that makes you feel better or energized. Don't forget that eating is what gives you energy! If you don't fuel your body, it will only give chronic fatigue back. Hang in there, Hon. Things will begin to shine for you soon.
