Letting myself feel less bad about the winter weight gain. I know once spring comes I'll be bouncing outside as soon as possible. God, I miss seeing the ground!
I'm not getting things done I want to get done. I'm feeling down on myself. I'm not sure why I'm like this right now.
Those of you not in sunny awesome areas of the world, has anyone actually lost weight and toned up this winter or is it like a national hibernation?
I'm gaining it back. It's -17 outside without windchill. I dont feel good, my body hurts and I'm grouchy. How do I get started again? I'm so tired.
