So Monday thru Friday I do great...i have my routine down. But then Friday night rolls around and so do the bad habits. Friday night thru Sunday night is horrible!
How do I get my Saturday to be more like my Monday?
What is it that I am doing differently?
PRE-PLANNING!!!! That's the difference!
I preplan my meals for work, schedule a workout after work and have dinner planned out. I dont ever do that on the weekends. Weekends are a free for all.
So I WILL preplan my weekend.
I WILL have my meals planned out.
I WILL schedule my workout.
I WILL NOT let my hard work from the week be for nothing because 1 beer turns into 3 beers, which tastes great with deep fried boneless buffalo wings. And since i've been bad saturday night...why not go out for breakfast Sunday morning and have bacon, homefries, scrambled eggs?
NOPE...not this time. I WILL PREPLAN.
