    I am proud to say I worked out today. Nothing traditional. I shoveled snow for 90 minutes. It's nice to do something different.

    It's freezing in Chicago. They closed the schools on Thurs and Fri because temps were below zero with windchill at about -20. Can't wait for a heat wave.

Has Sparkpeople inspired you to change your life for the positive?

Sparkpeople has inspired me to change my life in so many ways. The site has helped me get moving. they are very supportive, glad to know that there are so many people out there with the same struggles as me. I actually think about what I will put in my mouth before I put food in.
