It is Wednesday and I think I am doing pretty good with watching what I eat. I find myself chewing on gum more, yes sugar free gum, insteach of getting candy. That is a good step I think. I am starting to slide downhill on working out again though. It just seems so hard to work it into my day. I had an early morning meeting today then I work all day and now after work I have to get the kids, make dinner, and then get my daughter ready for her spring concert :S. I just don't seem to have any time to get it done. That on top of the fact that I don't like to work out just makes it harder. I do like riding my bike but the weather hasn't been the best and then when it is nice I don't have time to go for a ride. It is sooo frustrating. Well I hope I can get a workout today.
