I got a lot accomplished today. I incorporated my workout into my daily chores. I did all the laundry, which led to climbing 10 flights of stairs. I washed every dish in the house, and wiped the cupboard shelves down. Add vacuuming and you've gotten a total body workout. Tonight, it's more research and planning for my novel. I feel like I accomplished quite a bit today. It's nice to have a clean house. Hopefully, it shows on the scale too!
