So, I have either cracked a rib, pulled a muscle, or bruised my lung... why? From all of this *&%$*#@ coughing!!! Seriously, my side hurts and I wince in pain when I cough. I've been coughing for over 3 weeks but my side just started hurting today. I probably just pulled a muscle. :(

It was a cook 50` after work today but the sun was shining and it was beautiful. The boys & I walked to their school and played a little basketball. I got in about 40 minutes of activity & it felt good. But, the chilly air didn't do too well with the cough. :( My legs are a bit sore today from the bootcamp workouts I did last night. I'm trying to make up for lost time of being sick and not keeping up with the bootcamp workouts. So, I am doing 2 a day. Today, I will do abdominals.

DH is in the kitchen now getting dinner started... chicken & cheese casserole. It's a weight watchers recipe. It's our first time to have it so I'll let you know if it's any good.

I FINALLY went to the doctor yesterday and found out I have bronchitis. Ugh. So, I'm now on antibiotics. I got a decent nights sleep last night and was enjoying it so much that I overslept this morning. I jumped out of bed & got the boys to school (the were not late) and still had to shower for work. In my rush, I left the house without my lunch. I stopped by Sonic this afternoon. I know, no excuse... I still could have chosen something healthy at Sonic, but I didn't.

I had a GREAT day with eating on target! Finished the day with 1330 calories... perfect in my book! I even cooked dinner at home tonight. That actually says alot as I don't normally cook at home (shame on me). But, it was a 'Healthy Pizza' I got off of the sparkpeople recipes. Yummy! I even have 2 slices left over to take to work for lunch tomorrow. Can't get much better than that! :)

Now, I'm logging off so I can do my BootCamp exercises.

Ha ha!

I did good today until dinner time where we went to BBQ after church. Going out to dinner on Saturday nights is a weekly tradition in my household and I don't like going to restaurants and not ordering what I really want. So there. No guilt, no regrets. Moving on...

Yeap, you read that right. The munchies hit me today after work. I didn't think I had consumed that much until I logged it in to SP and saw the calorie count... yowsers! Just goes to show how damaging mindless munching can be.
