Yeah, it's Wednesday, not too much to say this morning. Last night I felt the blues for a bit, not sure what's up with that, but thought I should log a note in my journal. Tonight I take my second Avonex shot too. Bring on the Advil PM. I think I found a good way to get more water - I love listening to music - Sirius, Pandora, IHeart, etc. Soo.. everytime a new song comes on I take a big huge sip. Kinda like that drinking game where you drink every time a certain word is said. Well, it worked Monday, and I didn't do it yesterday and I lacked in water again. So I'm trying it again today. Not much else is new. I'm training at work today, and also working so I best get going!

Woke up and it was feeling chilly, so after I got dressed I checked and it was 57 degrees in the house. No wonder why I was cold. Well, the repair guy is here now. He's made a bunch of noise and it sounds like it might be trying to work now. I already fell asleep twice this morning - when it's cold, I like to sleep. Just really hoping it's not going to be too much $$ to fix it.

So, I've done the whole 10 minutes working out a day for 2 weeks, and have been slowly adding in a few more minutes here and there. Today I did 35 minutes, and I feel awesome. I am going to go with the following Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout schedule:
A warm up (5 min)
Last Chance Workout (25 min)
Upper body sculpt (10 min)
Lower body sculpt (10 min)
Cool down (5 min)
From weeks 1-2: Last Chance workout MWF and Upper body and lower body sculpt Tue Thu and Sat, rest on Sunday. Sunday I will just do my usual "stuff" to get at least 10 minutes of "extra" exercise (shoveling, walking, etc).
January - learn to eat healthy & stick with it
February - add in exercise and continue to eat healthy
March - what's next?

I'm still struggling with water intake. I used to not have a problem with it - I'd just put in a flavor packet that was no cal, no fat, no this, no that, all fake stuff, and drink a few a day. Well, I don't want to put all that artificial stuff in my system, so now I'm stuck with plain water. I've tried using a tea bag, and I really don't care for tea that much (without lots of sugar and lemon, and that's defeating the purpose.. lol). I've tried just putting in some fresh lemon, that's not too bad, but does get boring. The past three or four days especially, I noticed I'm not drinking enough and I'm starting to get cramps. I get cramps very easy when I don't drink enough water. I'm going to start using the water tracker to try and encourage myself to drink more. I'm just not sure what options are out there to get me to drink more water!

So I'm excited. I've lost 25 lbs already. I lost an inch around my waist, arm, neck. My thigh is actually one inch larger (oops). My husband says he can notice only when I'm changing - wearing clothes still can't tell. I think that's what discouraged a friend of mine (he lost 50 lbs and no one could tell). I can feel a difference, and I'm determined that in another month people will be able to tell.
