TODAY IS THE REST OF MY LIFE

HOW MANY TIMES HAVE I SAID THAT AND NOT CHANGED ANYTHING??????????? TOO MANY TIMES TO COUNT .BUT TODAY IS THE REST OF MY LIFE. WHAT I DO TODAY DOES MATTER BECAUSE I WILL NEVER LIVE THIS DAY AGAIN. HERE IS WHAT I WANT TO DO TODAY IS COUNTING AND TRACKING MY FOOD. I WAS SUCCESSFUL DOING THAT. THEN I STOPPED. I'm STILL LOSING WEIGHT BUT NOT AS FAST. ALSO I GET STUCK A LOT AT A CERTAIN NUMBER. RIGHT NOW I AM BOUNCING FROM 187 TO 190. SO TODAY I CHANGE THINGS. I AM GOING RIGHT NOW TO START TRACKING AGAIN. THE REASON I STARTED SOMETHING IN JAN. 2009 . I DECIDED TO LOSE THE WEIGHT. I JOINED SPARKS . THAT DAY TOO WAS THE FIRST DAY OF THE REST OF MY LIFE !!!!!!!!!! SO I WILL REMEMBER THAT DAY TODAY AND TO WHAT IT TAKES TO GET THE REST OF THIS WEIGHT OFF AND BE HEALTHY

I WANT TO THANK EVERYONE OF MY SPARKFRIENDS THAT HAS HELPED ME SO FAR ON THIS JOURNEY. YOU HAVE BEEN ONE OF THE THINGS THAT HAVE KEPT ME GOING.

How is it that the God
of the all the world around
loves me while I'm me
right now and all the while?

Me.
Now.
Not
forty
pounds
lighter.

I don't know.

The world around keeps
telling me
what I need
to be
worth
while.

But God
keeps telling me to let
Him love me as I am
for a
little
while.

I fear Him finding out
there's not much more to me
than less than what I'd hoped,
and a waste of
precious whiles.

In so letting Him
love me for a while
I've found the Love worth loving
loved me first before
the while
all the while
after a while.

He loves me.
Now.

Lighter.

HELLO EVERYONE. I JUST WANTED TO SAY HI TO ALL MY SPARKFRIENDS I HAVEN'T POSTED MUCH LATER. SO I WANTED TO TAKE TIME TO SAY HI TO ALL MY TEAM MEMBERS. I AM STILL HERE STILL LOVING SPARKS AND MY SPARKFRIENDS.

ROGER HAD A GOOD REPORT FROM EYE DR . Pressure IS DOWN AND THE DR CHANGED EYE DROPS AND HE GOES BACK IN A MONTH. IT SO GOOD TO HEAR ROGER LAUGH AGAIN AND KNOW HIS EYE IS GOING TO BE OK . Praise GOD!!!!!!!!!

WE WENT SHOPPING FOR ME JEANS. I HAD DROPPED A SIZE AND THEY WERE ON SALE AND I HAD 15%OFF PLUS $10 OFF OPENING A STORE CARD. I LOVE THAT KIND OF SHOPPING.

I HOPE EVERYONE IS HAVING A WONDERFUL WEEK-END. WE ARE GOING TO A COUSIN'S HOUSE FOR SOUP AND SANDWICHES AND PLAY CARDS TONIGHT.

TOMORROW CHURCH AND I HOPE A BLESSED DAY WITH DAUGHTER AND GRANDDAUGHTER.

Hello, I stopped by to see how you are doing. Congratulations on the going down in size with the pants. You must be so excited!!! I am so excited for you!! Yippy!!! What an awesome testimony. I am also glad to hear that your husband had a good report with his eye. My husband, Kermit, has been dealing with the same problem, the high pressure number in his eyes. His doctor has been treating him with eye drops too. He had eye surgery about 2 years ago and the doctor has been trying to get the pressure number down for quite some time.
