340/1000 Push Ups
40 Miles/75 Miles
615/1000 Sit Ups
So my July Challenge for myself is over. It wasn't a success as far as meeting my goals. However, I find that it was still a success. Had I NOT challenged myself, I wouldn't have done 340 push ups in July, nor would I have done 40 miles in July, nor would I have done 615 sit ups (half way to my goal!!). So it was still a SUCCESS in that I did SOMETHING!!!
Starting tomorrow, I can officially say our vacation is next month!! It is getting so close and I still have so much to do health wise. Today I decided to try to cut out carbs from my diet. While some of my carb intake is OK carbs, I have WAY too much of them on a daily basis. I am going to try to substitute those with eggs and salads, and of course my very YUMMY, go to Chocolate Shakeology!!! My almost two year old and I have started having our Tropical Shakeology as a snack after dinner. He loves it!! He comes running when he hears the blender going, saying "YAY!!". I love it!!
We had my birthday weekend last weekend (34...YIKES!!! 40 is looking younger every year!!). I kinda overdid the food and kinda didn't work out at all. Ouch. Oh well, new week and I am going strong. August is going to be my month. I really feel like my exercise is in a good place and has become a part of my day-to-day routine. I feel off all day if I skip my workouts. My work to be done is in the kitchen. That's what I am going to work on in August. Happy last day of July!!!
