I've made it through the first week. I'm three pounds lighter and I have more energy than I've had in a long time. I'm focusing on getting all my calories from healthy food. Even the small amount of junk I'm consuming has been of the lower fat variety. I've replaced potato chips with small 1 oz bags of pretzels and 100 calorie snack packs of cheezits. I've picked up some 100 calorie packs of guacamole and baked tostitos. So far so good.
