First goal Prize

Well, I figured that I should give myself an award for reaching my first goal on time. That goal is is 200lbs by Oct. 15th. I think that I'm well on my way since I have come to 216.5 lbs in just one week. I'm still pretty swollen though so that is something else I need to work on. I think that since my Dh is supposed to be coming home, I'll either get a nightie or a dress. So, that's that!

    A nightie?! woooo dh must be behaving in his absence ;-) I hope that you reach your goal and that you find a pic of the nightie/dress you want and post it some where (the bathroom..... the kitchen..... the computer wallpaper) so that you have a constant reminder of the gift you get to give yourself for reaching your goal. and I think you should get some accessory to go with it if you surpass your goal as an extra reward for your extra effort :-)

The Almighty Bible

When I first got serious about sparkpeople (about this same time last year.) I had written daily in my journal. One of the things I had started was a Bible for myself and others. I've now copied and pasted the work and am posting it on my blog for everyone to see.

Today is a new day

Today is a new day. I'm not going to keep myself from yummy foods, I'm going to just eat it more wisely. I'm not going work out like the stars, I'm just going to work out. So let me set up some goals!

July 15th: 223lbs
Aug. 1st: 220lbs
Aug. 15th: 215lbs
Sept. 1st: 210lbs
Sept. 15th:205lbs
Oct. 1st: 200lbs


so my goal is actually to loose 23lbs by Oct. 15th 2007!
