Woke up at 4:00 AM, Ate Mac and Cheese and Meatloaf...then realized not a good idea...So I decided today starts a new...So I found this website, thought it might help. Then started by figuring out my goals, then I looked around my house to realize it was in total chaos...then the stress hit...instead of running for the candy in the house, I picked up an apple and found myself also yelling at my husband...man I hate stress...After lots of thought I realize I can't just let loose on him whenever I'm stressed, so Today also starts my new way of dealing with stress...writing, exercise, walking, listening to music, or a nice hot shower to get away...these are going to be my outlets.
