week 1 day 2.. im still sparkin!

here we are! day 2! this morning i didnt have a lot of time for breakfast so i had a bowl of whole wheat cherrios with skim milk, for lunch i had a turkey sub on wheat ( lots of veggies!!!), an orange, grapes and skim milk, for a snack i had low fat string cheese and raisons. suppers i always struggle with... i live with my parents still and i dont want to be rude about it. i realized i can still eat most of what they eat... just in smaller servings. tonight i had mac n cheese! :) (only 1 helping!)\... its actually getting a bit easier too! todY at the gym i actually BRISKlY walked 1.4 miles (about 30 min). each day gets a little easier! i cant wait til monday when i weigh in again! any advice on how to handle night time hunger? tht seems to be where i want to eat. a lot. lol. any suggestions? :)

Week 1, Day 1. "I don't need easy, I just need possible"

Hey guys, so as I promised here I am! :) Today I weighed in at 215 pounds. That is my starting weight. I am NEVER going to be this big again...

Breakfast: 2 egg whites with diced up green peppers sprinkled with black pepper, greek yogurt (Water)
Lunch: grilled chicken with peppers and tomoatos, grapes, an orange and a few cucumber slices (skim milk)
Snack: 1 apple with a tbs of peanut butter and low fat string cheese (water)
Supper: 1 serving of beef stroganaff (Water)

The evenings are really hard...I get bored and I just want to EAT everything! So tonight I tried to go to the gym...I was dissapointed with how out of shape I am in! i was only able to run 15 minutes on the treadmil. Tomorrow my goal is 30...just little improvements, right?

Today my advice for you, is if you don't feel like going to the gym just GO. Just tell yourself you only have to do a few minutes...and you will SURPRISE yourself!

So guys, Monday I am going to start. I have a gym memborship now and even a work out buddy. NO more excuses AT ALL. I keep puttig it off...but the scale keeps going up and up and up. The other day I weighed in at 218.4...That is crazy. Monday I will post my official "starting" weight for you all. I will blog every single night. Please keep me accountable!

    Great for you! And welcome to your new life and to the new future that you will be part of if you don't give up! There are a lot of motivational, inspirational and challenging opportunities here and it sounds like you are off to a great start! Remember that today is the best day to do what you know you should be doing if you had the drive to do it!
