He's coming home!!!!

My husband is coming home early!!!!!!!!!!! He was suppose to get his 2 weeks R&R at the end of the month but instead he starts the leave process TOMORROW!!! that means that sometime within the next week or two my husband will be home for 2 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

155 reasons to lose weight this weeks challenge!

1) To be healthier
2) Be able to shop in person
3) AND at my favorite stores =)
4) Not feel bad when i go grocery shopping
5) so my hands look skinnier
6) So that i can resize my wedding ring back down
7) So that i can get a wedding ring/engagement ring set
8) so that i feel good when my husband sees me naked!
9) so that i can fit into my old homecoming dress just because!
10) so i can paint my nails
11) so i don't delete all the pictures i take of me
12) so i'm not embarrassed to have pictures of me
13) so that i don't miss out on my daughter growing up
14) so i can take her outside more often without it being laborous!
15) so i can feel proud to be on my hunky man's arm!!
16) so that i stop snoring!!
17) so my sleep apnea goes away
18) so i can get a bra fitting at a store that isn't plus size!
19) so my back doesn't hurt after standing for 30 minutes
20) so i can wear an anklet bracelet!
21) So i can wear those pants that i bought and never fit into!
22) To be able to wear my favorite pants again!!!
23) So i'm not embarrassed to go to my hometown
24) To be the talk of my old town in a GOOD way
25) To be a better example to my daughter!

BLC Letter to myself =)

This weeks challenge in my BLC is to write a letter to yourself for the end of the challenge =)

Hey Pretty Lady!!!

YOU DID IT!!! 20 POUNDS LIGHTER!!! I bet you are ready to throw those big pants away and slip on your outfit!!!

You learned a lot about yourself going through this challenge!! What you can manage and what you can't!! I know we had a few set backs and a few disappointments but in the end it all worked out!!! And if you can drink 150 ounces of water a day you can do anything!!! Keep up the good work and before you know it it won't just be 20 pounds lighter it will be 50 then 100 then 150!!!

Now go give that beautiful daughter a kiss and go enjoy your husbands R&R!!!

    That was a great Letter..I love it..Thats rite if you can drink that much water anything is possible..Thats how i feel.I also agree w/ you about loosing 20 50 then 100 lbs in your grasp..Set backs are okay to just don't dwell on it and get up the next day and dust your self off and start again.. emoticon emoticon

Lost 7.6 pounds!!!

I know you shouldn't be losing weight this fast and that i should be eating more calories because what i'm consuming just isn't enough for a functioning life BUT its hard not to get excited that i'm under 300!!!! I am now officially 299.4!!!! now just time to keep it up and to keep at it!!!

Having bad food issues!

I KNOW that its wrong what i'm doing.. i eat between 500-700 calories a day and thats it.. and i KNOW i need more but i'm just never hungry anymore and I have to force myself to even eat those calories.. I know that mostly its because I'm so stressed ALL the time lately with Jeff being gone and me NEVER having a break from Adalynn.. I love her and love staying home with her but it would be SO nice if I could go to the bathroom by myself or go hop in the shower by myself .. its not that i want to drop her off and do anything because then i miss her and feel guilty.. i just want a partnership!! I want when i wake up in the morning and she's crying in her crib to be able to nudge my husband and tell him to go get the baby.. but i can't.. i HAVE to be the one to do it 100% of the time.. so i'm just so stressed out right now and i know thats hurting my weight loss plus with me not eating yet i can't fix it! i try to eat more and just feel sick..

Im sorry you are feeling so stressed. Do you live in a community where they have things like play groups? Just a couple hour things that kids can go too and let you have an hour to relax for a while, or even stay and socialise with other adults who stay?
