Happy Birthday to me!!!!

I did my 1 sit up and my 1 push up!!! (woohoo!!!)

Really wasn't THAT motivated to do much today but instead of eating bad I didn't =) plus it was great "seeing" my husband on my birthday.. i'm hoping year 4 of our marriage will be the year i ACTUALLY get my husband on my birthday.. so far i'm 0 for 2

So i know my birthday is tomorrow and i SHOULD have done it then BUT whats a birthday when your spouse is THOUSANDS of miles away and your daughter is gonna be cranky.. (i can just feel it lol!!!) I REALLY don't want to go out to eat with her and what else is there to do?

So i ate my cheesecake today! I REALLY wanted the red velvet cake .. but it was a 9inch round cake compared to a single serve sized cheesecake! And i drank barely any water and downed way to many glasses of light lemonade.. i can just feel my feet swelling with the lack of water..

but my day before my birthday was pretty great =) Overall i REALLY didn't do too bad =) i enjoyed without going all out which was the plan =)

Terrible Two's!

As of today I am doing a BLC and i plan to lose 20 pounds by the time its done!!! Honestly I hope to lose more then that but I'll be happy with 20 pounds in 8 weeks =)

Also September I am doing a crunch challenge and a push up challenge.. (eeeps!)

and of course this all starts as i'm going out of town in the next couple days.. but if this is gonna be a lifestyle change then it doesn't matter if i'm home or away because it needs to get done! =)

I have pictures of me thin! I have clothes still from when i was thin.. but i can't picture myself looking in my long skinny mirror and seeing all of me without stepping back to make room for my chunk!

I know its a long process but I was trying to think of rewards for myself and I REALLY want to get my nails and hair done.. i think that would be so much fun and so girly and delightful!!! BUT when i think of when i get put off because i think "well at 200 pounds i'll probably still look this fat and not enjoy it" which is ridiculous since by then i'll have lost over 100 pounds!!!

It isn't discouraging me but it isn't exactly inspiring me.. so instead i've been focusing on jewelry because i know whether i'm fat or skinny that jewelry will "fit" and when i think of clothes.. well who knows!

    I think jewelry is a grand idea. Personally, though, my rewards tend to be experience rather than things. I just got my first massage in ages. Today, my husband and I went to the movies and I could fit BOTH hips in the seat! For my birthday, we're going to the hot springs and soaking.

    I so know how you feel! When I was at 325 lbs., I had no idea where I wanted to get, how much I wanted to lose, etc., and I'm still a bit shaky. I know my body won't ever look like it did when I was in my 20s, 30s, etc. (now that I'm in my 60s), but I know I can be healthier, look better, live longer--all that good stuff--and you can do!

    Its VERY hard to get your head around, I still feel as if I am as big as before, still sure I will be booted out of stores for being too big *laughs*

The mental weight is a LOT harder to lose than the physical and boy is that saying something!
