    Ah well that explains alot! Thyroid not working messes up EVERYTHING. Now that you know you can get er done! :-) eat tons of veggies and meats and less sugar and white bread and pasta miss you! I will have more vlogs for you to watch when your back on :)

    emoticon I am so so sorry you are going through all this health stuff. Losing weight is hard enough as it is, and to have the issues with your thyroid must have totally thrown you for a loop. I am sorry you are so frustrated. But I hope you are feeling better soon and I hope the medications are helping you! emoticon

    Sorry you hear about the problems. Don't give up!!! You have got to keep faith in yourself. It is going to happen. You worked so hard. I am so glad you went to the doctor. Just think if you had not been trying so hard you would of been gaining and thinking that you just was not doing what you needed to do for yourself. You could of went up so fast with your thyroid problem. So hang in there, You have got it all together and when your thyroid get straighten out you are going to see results. I was told that I would not lose weight because my body would adjust to what I give it and would stop losing after a short time of dieting. I felt like why try. I started finding ways to change my diet pattern and it seems to make my body go back to losing again. I could not give up. I even STOPPED losing after Gastric By-pass surgery. I started gaining my weight back. I refused to give up. So, I started trying different eating patterns and I started losing. I found out that I can't stay with the same type of eating pattern for long. I always make sure that I eat healthy foods, but change the time of the day I eat curtain types of foods. I also found the protein was very important for me. It really helps me get rid of excess water and it really gives me more energy. I hope you can find what can work for you. You stay with it. You will do this. You have came this far. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hugs Judy

    Kassie: I am so sorry to hear of the problems with your thyroid. It sucks that your hard work is not paying off like you expected it to because your thyroid is not functioning. And no wonder you have been so tired!! But don't lose sight of the fact that your body still NEEDS you to do what is best for it. So if you have to eat more, make sure you are eating what will heal you and not harm you.
I have been reading your blogs and am impressed with your outlook. You have had some bad breaks and still you want to keep moving forward. Sounds like you have been doing a lot of working out, based on how sore you have been this month. Just keep moving and see if you can include your daughter in the activity.
You can do this tho it won't be easy. But it is definitely worth it and so are you!

    I hope you will be able to get a new couch soon. It is so hard when it's uncomfy to get up because it hurts, it makes you not want to. I agree though, even when you are smaller, I think it would still be hard on the knees just because of the angle and stuff.

Looking for keys really is a hard workout, and it gets your heart racing cuz the more time goes by the more frustrated you get lol. You poor thing. Stupid keys!

    I believe you about being sore. When I started moving again my body just about killed me. I am sating here seeing you getting sleepy and i am up at 12:30 pm and I have to get up at 6:00 AM and get ready for two exercising classes tomorrow. I won't get back home until 12:00(lunch time). You talk about being sore and tired I am when I get back home. I have really been pushing myself. you were talking bout cooking breakfast that is nice, but Lord i could not make cinnamon rolls. i would eat everyone of them and get bigger. Try to cook something less fattening. (LOL) Well, glad to hear from you . need to make myself go to bed so i can get up and do all the exercising that I am MAKING myself do. Everybody in the class seems so happy to exercise, but oh to be honesty I AM NOT !! Got to do it !! I have to MOVE, MOVE !! Hugs Judy

    And I TOTALLY am with you on being that mom/wife that gets up early and has an awesome homemade breakfast waiting on the table and I personally am going to have cute frilly LITTLE aprons like my grandma used to wear and my dad actually kept a bunch of her aprons, that she made herself. SUPER cute but no so much on me right now lol they barely cover half my stomach!

    This vlog made me very tired lol and I think I had a little sympathy soreness even though all I did today was play video games and eat :) Ah a new couch would be great. Maybe a reward for your next weight goal maybe?! AND maybe a nice soft throw to go with it.

    So glad to see you. I can tell that you really had a bad time of it when you couldn't get out of the bathtub. It has happen to me. I was probably you age and was about seven months PG, plus overweight. It is not a thing you will forget. I didn't have to call 911, but was worried at the time. I got out and everything was OK, but my mind. (LOL) So glad you are still on the right track and still have those goals in your mind. That is fabulous !!! I am doing better. I broke the stand still I was on. Now I have 35 lbs total gone. I am getting in new territory now. I am a few lbs smaller now than I have been in about 15 years. So, now new beings with every lbs lost. I can't wait to see how it will feel to be slimmer. I am so glad you are doing this while you are young. My skin will not go back up much now. It did when I lost 100lbs at 35 yrs. old. I started at 350 and went down to about 225 and people would say they never could guess that I was that big before by looking at me. I was still overweight but I was a lot better off than I was at 350. You will do the same. Hang in there your days are adding up and little by little you are going to get that better body.

    The soreness happen to me also. I started trying to find things that I could do to relax my body after working the muscles. I found that a warm soak in Epson Salts helped the soreness. Then I started taking Multi Vits.. The a B12 that devolves under the tongue will give you some energy in the late afternoon. I also found that if I drunk a Low carb, low calorie protien drink. I would have more energy to do the workouts and recovery was faster. You are right. You will push on through to the point that you can handle a more active life in the future. Hope some of the suggests will help you. (HUGS) judy

    Kassie, sounds like you are trying to develop and more , " Well rounded" life style. that is great. When we lose weight we have to deal with life in a balanced state. We can't just give all our attention to one area. We have to be determined to do the right things for yourself in ALL areas not just weight lost. that way we will not stop doing the right things for weight lost because we will not have to let go of any efforts being put to it because other areas need attention from us. If we are treating all ares with balance then one will not compete with the other. i am proud of you . You could say I am going to stop try to improve my weight lost program all together and put ALL your effort into giving attention to Hubby while he is here. so, now you are addressing other things with your weight lost plan. Good For You!!

    I completely understand what you are saying, and I totally heart you and support you!! It is totally understandable that when your hubby is away, you are going to have a ton of time to devote to yourself and to your weight loss, but right now weight loss simply can't be your top priority. I think that is such a fair and understandable statement. And can I just say that you could easily be doing 0 for your weight loss right now and saying "I'll START when he leaves" but you aren't doing that. You are forming habits NOW so that'll it'll be easy when you continue when he leaves. And in the mean time not only are you forming habits but you are losing weight in the process. I think that is very commendable. I also think that you have such great habits already, that when you go into this "full steam ahead" you are going to do amazingly well! emoticon
