    The point is that you are pushing yourself!!! Awesome job! Cleaning is great exercise. It's more important that you challenge yourself, rather than thinking there is some specific type of fitness that you need to do. Thank you for the inspiration to get my butt in gear tonight!

    You are doing awesome. You are so right you don't have to prove anything to us at all, but the proof is in the pudding my dear! You are losing weight and you are making changes and you are a beyond active member of this site with all your vlogs and your hard work shows to me no matter what. I am just so proud of you! And it's only going to get easier when your mother in law leaves and your house gets back to normal. :D

    looks like you did some heavy duty cleaning! Wow! I think what ever your doing is great as long as your moving! Today I cleaned too and did my grocery shopping, I didn't have a whole lot of time for a work out so I decided to walk to the store instead of driving, got a 2 mile walk in! That counts as a work out to me! I know you got a lot of stuff going on, what with your mother in law staying with you (I don't care how much you love family it's always more stressful when you have someone staying at your home!) and all that extra cleaning from vacation to do so do what you need to do pretty lady, don't stress about not *working out* cus it looks like your getting plenty of work in.

    I have issues with my MIL too and it's not fun. It's hard to say if it was intentional or not. Do you 2 usually get along? If so, it probably wasn't. Keep up the good work though, it'll be worth it in the long run :)

    haha I yawn drool all the time! I thought I was the only one! hahahaha. I don't think shes purposely eating less than you lol, definitely you reading to much into it. BUT it would annoy the crap out of me and thats what I would think also. I have been struggling with the exercising too, wanting to go out and walk around instead of gettin on my cardio of dancing and weight training! UGH so lame, I know I need to but Id rather go enjoy something else, its been a huge struggle the past weeks. I wish I had an exercise bike....it would make it better when its so hot outside. Churning butter eh? hehehe hey I don't have tv, just do netflix so ive got my greys anatomy and other stuff and Glee too! so there ya go! Thats really good your not spending as much time sitting in front of the tv. Freaking awesome on the crocs!! Im gonna get a pair asap!

Universe of fun hehehe and your paint strokes are NOT going to be horrible, I wanna see when your done! Have Adalynn do one too!

    I totally understand what you are saying, it is hard to "take time out for yourself" without feeling guilty when there is laundry to be done and a house to clean. People may not be amused by me saying this, but I still feel that the hugest percent of my weight loss comes from diet...Before someone virtually stabs me, I understand the 283902 reasons exercise is good for you and important, but in super specific relation to weight loss on *my* body, it's almost all about the food lol.

I know you guys are gonna work on her little hands and have those muscles relaxed in no time. :)

So I never went and did my bike after the movie.. Afterwards I went and got Adalynn ready for bed went to sit down for a second before jumping on the bike and then bed time and about 47 seconds after I sat down I PASSED OUT! Woke up an hour later to Jeff telling me it was bed time!!! Never again am I going to be busy from 10am til 10pm!!! .... so YELL! yell all you want that is okay with me because I busted my butt today on every other account!!!

    Sometimes the best thing we can do for our bodies is make sure they are well rested! The exercise and eating well, etc. have to come after that! Good for you for staying motivated and getting stuff done all day. That in itself is good exercise :)
