    PSHAHAHAHA this made me laugh so hard! lol I know right I just need to suck it up and make time and just do it, but I did an amazing bikeride guys! Like I pushed myself to the point of almost puking! SO MUCH SWEAT, and I hadn't even seen this vlog yet! ahhh I feel like dieing right now, but I can never again say I can't the loop. haha that was a great impression of Adalynn! And haha I used to pee behind my bed when I was little and blame it on the dog! Poor dog....lol IM NOT GIVING UP WE CAN DO THIS NO MATTER HOW SLOW THE PROCESS OF CHANGE IS WE CAN DO THIS.

    And I think on the one I posted, the 1, 2, and 3 miles are 15 minute miles each. Give or take. So I feel that it's at a slower pace by a little bit. The newer ones I have are like 12 minute miles so a little bit faster pace. I hope that helps a little, but I promise you, you can do no wrong with whichever you chose. :)

And I totally watched this, and I'm going to bed for real-sies this time but your daughter is just too freakin cute... sorry I can't help but say it LOL. ;)

    I've gotta watch this Vlog when I get to work in a few hours, I should be napping already... I'm going to tell you, almost all of the dvd's are the same. She has four basic movements that are pretty much the same throughout the dvd's, so I honestly don't think you can do any wrong no matter which one you get. The one I have and started with was


That 15 bucks is a rip though, I got it for like 9 bucks 2 years back. It has 1 mile, 2 mile and 3 mile walks. I loved being able to build up to the 1 mile then go on to the 2 and so on. However, like Lacey said you can buy any of them, even a 5 mile one and just walk 1/2 a mile and build from there. I feel like they are super repetitive but I really feel like she keeps me at a good brisk pace, and that is why I need the most. If I were left to do it on my own I'd be waddling slowly. ;)

    Hey :) You two are just too cute!!

So I think I posted the link to the dvd I have, which is the 5 mile fat burning walk - I haven't tried any of the other ones but I really do like this one. It's broken down into 5 miles, it will tell you when you get to half miles too and at the end of each miles there a little *boost* basically the music speeds up and you can go faster however you don't have to - you can go at whatever pace your comfortable with, you don't have to worry about matching her exactly - she says this, as long as your moving it's a good thing! she talks you through everything. I hope this helped, my recommendation is a little biased considering I only have one of the dvds but I've tried a lot of other work out videos and just didn't liked them.

Anyways :) Keep being awesome (like you could ever really stop right? :P)

    Your goals rock my world, and I know you can do this. And can I just say you are a genius? 5 slip ups is such a smart idea. It is so unrealistic for us to think we are going to have an absolutely 100% perfect month, and by making that our goals we are setting ourselves up for failure. You saying okay, things are going to happen, but no more than 5 times is such a great tool. I know you are going to rock these goals. :)

I love Leslie Sansone... okay wait... at this point I actually want to punch her perky self in the face... she is a lot to take day in and day out, so I mute her and crank up my tunes, but I love her dvd's. The first one I got was like 10 bucks, it had a 1, 2, and 3 mile walk. I loved it because I could build up. I am just now to the point where I can do 3 miles. It's so fun to see the progress, even like Lacey said with a 1/2 mile and so on. :)

    I think those are some great goals :) I don't think it's a bad thing to drink after 11, my view on water is you should drink when ever you a thirsty no matter what time it is. I'm sure your right about retaining water, after i did all that walking on my vacation I was swollen for a week - take it easy this week, start working out slowly and get that water in and I'm sure you'll see a difference next week. I know you can do it!

I wanted to mention Leslie Sansone dvd for walking at home, I started with this and it's really good!


It's a great work out and you can start with just half a mile and work your way up. :)
