    There is a part of me that loves seeing the people who have already lost so much and are maintaining, because I feel it's proof our hard work will pay off. But my favorite thing is people in similar situations going through the same thing I am, because we get to see the journey. And I think it will be awesome to look at all of us this time next year and see how far we've come. I love to see the progress and the journey, while I'm trying to do it myself! :D You rock! :D

    :) Im sorry about your parents doing that to you too, but at least you know that that was messed up! And I totally get what you mean about one upping your sister and haveing that jealousy/anger towards her. But we need to use that towards making ourselves better! I feel that way towards both of my siblings. Ok im gonna do the vlogs I said I was going to do! Okay so your questions, I enjoy the ppl who are going through what im going through right now......I think it AMAZING what the ppl who are maintaining have done and I'm so proud and inspired by them....but I'm really inspired by the ppl who are struggling but still trying and wanting to change so bad.....just like me. Zeldabee and YOU are my top two ppl that I love hearing from and want to share everything with! Seriously if we all lived close to eachother I think we would have a blast!

    First of all, I seriously did love the glasses! Secondly, I'm really sorry your parents treated you that way, they should used your great grades to motivate your sister not tear you down to make her feel better - it breaks my heart.

I don't think MIO is a cop out, I use it sometimes when I get bored with water but my husband loves it, I was so happy when I found it bc he was drinking like 1000 calories just for juice! Do what works for you and is MIO works, I say go for it.

There are so many people on here that motivate me, YOU for example and most of the people you mentioned. I admire those who have already accomplished their goals but I find myself drawn to people who like me are still working towards their weight and fitness goals. I guess I feel like we share similar experience and Ive never really had anyone in my life who knew how I felt or could relate to how I felt. I guess it's like finding a long lost friend...does that make any sense?

    have you considered wearing sneakers inside? I started recently and its made a huge difference for my feet, workouts are better with sneakers too. I totally understand about getting up early, when I wake up with david I feel like I have so much more energy but ater he goes to work Im like well, I'll just lay down for a little bit - the warm cuddle puppy in my bed doesn't help lol but your right getting up early is an excellent step in the right direction! Looking forward to your next vlog, I wanna hear all about your breakfast! Keep being awesome!

    I'm so excited that you did 15 minutes of dance! It rocks right?!?! lol I started out on the easiest choice on Just Dance 3, and I went up to the second one, and went past my sweat point goal too! And I think the logic on the shake weight thing TOTALLY makes sense. I started using weights this time around, I started with just 3 pounders and my arms would hurt just after a couple moves and I've slowly moved all the way to ten pounders now! I just do moves from the spark thingy. Which even though its almost 1 am I had it scheduled to do today so I'm just gonna do it before bed right now.....it will only take like ten mins and if i stop thinking about it and just do it then I will feel so much better about myself and be proud that I did it even though I really didnt want to.

    I love your love for Maroon 5, that is a great workout song! :D He is so yummy. I love to work out to Stronger by Kelly Clarkson, I think it's the perfect song cuz I have to remind myself "what doesn't kill me makes me stronger." ;)

    ok SO first off yay on the dancing!!! You can do it!!! And the thing with doin dancing as a workout is that Adalynn will totally do it with you, what dance game do u have? I have a really hard time with my knees and hips so alot of the dance moves I can't really do but i just keep my arm and stuff moving, all the matters is that your heart rate is up for a half hour or however long your dancing. And I know exactly how you feel with the extra activity while on vacation or going anywhere for that matter, the embarassment the pain, the anxiety. You can't just be like ok im going here on this day....no..its: Were going where? what exactly are we gonna do? Whos gonna be there? For how long? and we fill our heads with all these things and the possible things that "might be" and it completely makes us sick and ruins any fun that we could have! I'm goin to do a couple blogs 2mrw and talk about my anxiety about stuff like that and the physical stuff too, the thoughts about the simple act of having to bend over to put the game in. I GET THAT. I love music and its hard to pick a fave but the first song that comes to mind when I think workout....is shake your bon bon-Ricky Martin!hahahah! its fun to move to. and freaken hilarious at the same time!

    6 bottles of water is alot of water. If they are 16 oz then that is 12 cups.

I know how you feel about the moving and being scared to be out of breathe when you go out with people. I hate that as well. I get freaked out whne I go to a party or something and marcos wants to dance. LOL I think he tries to kill me....oh well. I also worry about fitting into those stupid plastic chairs.

Oh my favorite song to work out to is "Tubthumpin by chumbawamba" LOL It is a strange song but I like the lyrics. It says "I get knocked down, but I get up again, aint never gonna keep me down!" I feel like I am down right now but I am getting up again.

    Awesome job with the water, 6 bottes is still a lot! Woo- hoo! Good luck with your dancing, sometimes when I dont feel like turing on the tv and the xbox I just turn on my ipod in the kitchen and declare - random dance party! usually I just dance like a crazy person for two songs LOL and then do it all over again when i feel up to it. You don't have to dance for a long time, just get that heart pumping! My husband thinks I am a crazy person but what does he know right?

My favorite work out song..there are so many to choose from! I'd have to say right now it's ABC by Jackson five LOL corny right? I was listening to it at the gym yesterday and it just put in me in a good mood, it makes me smile! I Love moves like jaggar too, I have to remember to put that in my ipod!

    THE PHONE...the phone is RINGING....the phone...we'll be right there! The phone....the phone is ringing...theres an animal in trouble....theres and animal in trouble....theres and animal in trouble somewhere! I love the wonder pets! hehehehehe Ok so at least you DIDNT gain like 5 pounds! Make sure your drinking lots of water and eating protein and veggies. Maybe try the no carbs after lunch thing.....thats working for me even if I don't excercise....and I take vitamins which helps ALOT! On another note....you crack me up! I enjoyed this vlog ALOT I laughed out loud alot. Hope you stayed on track as much as possible today! Keep vlogging!
