Water Sucks!

I have never been a big fan of water and I don't ever think i will be!! I've tried so many ways to trick myself into thinking its delicious but its not! I LOVE ME SOME FLAVOR!!!!

So since I haven't been doing good on my water intake I'm going back to the "everytime i go to the bathroom I have to drink 8oz of water before i leave the room!" I stopped because at night i would be going 4 or 5 times but not during the day.. So i am now gonna start out drinking 8oz every hour for the first 3 hours i'm awake! That way the massive water drinking is hitting me while i'm still awake and not when i should be sleeping!!!

I hope this works!!!

    i ABSOLUTLY HATE WATER what i drink is a packet of banana and strawberry mix, its 5 calories and it makes you full so it helps you eat less of your meals i think they taste so good. they sell them in walmart for like 2.00 for 24 packets

    Have you tried Diet Green Tea by Lipton? I dislike water too, but this is equivalent to water and I drink a LOT of it.

    I agree with Me-Morgan.. just adding one of those single size servings of Crystal Light will help out a ton. You can also get zero calorie sports drinks for pretty cheap if you check the ads. Kroger has them for .67 sometimes! I like to take half and add it to regular water. Like you said, a little flavor helps the water go down a bit! But keep it up. Water is a huge impact to weight loss. It helps rebuild the muscles and fills you up so you don't eat as much! :)

    If plain water is REALLY not your thing, maybe you can try teas (low calorie and sugar), or lots of water-filled fruits like watermelon! That way you get your water in but still have something tasty!

Yesterday I was SO disappointed in myself that i had to rely on others to help me with food.. but life happens! Some things aren't always in our control and I shouldn't have gotten upset over something that I couldn't change!! But WOW the support I recieved was unbelievable!! I was in tears with how "open armed" you all were! It made me WANT to come back today and post and to update and to stay with my program! I've been feeling like I have to do this weight loss thing the past couple weeks... At first it was fun and exciting and slowly it started feeling like a chore.. but after yesterday you all gave me that boost to put me back in the fun zone!

And it didn't help that even with my bad day of eating i still lost a pound! Which takes me to 16 pounds in 26 days!!! not bad if i do say so myself =)

I KILLED it today!!! WAY over calories and its only noon!!! well not WAY over calories but already there!!

Right now I am basically sitting and going through panic attack after panic attack! I can't function not being able to see! My glasses broke and I am completely useless.. as long as i don't move my head at all my glasses will stay together but the second i move my head they fall off and my tape job fails..

    o that sucks keep your head up high and just relax. you can get through it.
there just glasses they can be fixed. just try tomorrow and see how it all works out remember dont over do your self i found out when you over work out it doesnt give you the results as you want.. good luck

    No worries...just keep your chin up!! Messing up a day here and there is no big deal so long as you get back on track the next second you can. Think of the wise words from the GPS devices..."Please take the next available u-turn" LOL!

Just think of the look on Jeff's face when he walks in the door in a few months and sees your hot self waiting for him! Don't worry about this morning's mistakes, just change your course and do good the rest of the day!

    One calorie at a time...your life will not end over a an oops...just pick yourself back up, dust yourself off and start again. Believe me, I've had those days and I don't waste the energy on what could have been. You will be fine... emoticon Best wishes for SUCCESS in your journey! emoticon

  I completely understand! I have had days like that where i just wanted to kick myself for sabotaging my efforts. The key is not to start sliding down the slippery slope of, well i messed up this morning so might as well be bad all day (I've done that too!! ;) or, i messed up today, i'll just start fresh next week.

Since you realized it this early in the day, you still have time to recover the day. Just be careful the rest of the day with your food choices and let bygones be bygones. Stressing over it won't burn more calories, so let it go and move forward from here.

BTW, I don't usually comment on the blogs, but I do read them from time to time. but i felt compelled to comment on your post because i have been there, many times. But i have never given up.

  geez, what a situation, i have had days when the calories ren out way before the day did, just remember tomorrow is a new day and just start over, it works!! sorry bout ur glasses, i know how u feel, i cant read labels on food with out mine. hope u soon can get them fixed. be blessed!!

    Calm down, take a breath, it's not the end of the world. Glasses can be replaced and tomorrow is a new day. You learned today that you need to better watch what you eat, so put it in effect tomorrow.
