I did ... okay yesterday. I didn't get 10,000 steps like I wanted. I only got in 8000 something before I found myself exhausted because of my day. My work schedule is all messed up. I woke up at 4am yesterday not expecting to work but they called and asked if I would come in at 3pm around noon. I do need the hours so I went in. I had eaten a subway oven roasted chicken footlong with mustard, tomatoes, and banana peppers. I didn't get anything else to eat until about 11pm that night. The good news is I didn't go over my calorie intake. The bad news is that I had a big meal before I went to bed which I know isn't good but I was hungry.
I did get my eight glasses of water . I also was about to get my 30 minutes of low impact aerobic exercises.
