I have worked my butt off..and for all of you I am saying THANK YOU from the bottom Of my heart...
I am not done as yet all...SparkPeople ...HEAR ME.....
FRIENDSHIP realy WORKS....You are my best friends and yes I see some of your faces and some I don't ...BUT just the same you belong to me...I love each and everyone of you....I send you Smiles and Hugs too...Now my ares hurt...but in a good way...
I want to thank the staff of Spark for letting me share my thoughts with all of you and my Weight goals...

Can't show you new pictures as yet..I am a dummy on printers..So heres a rehash of some...Enjoy...

This is a picture of my Dr and my self taken Oct.8,2010 I think the pants were a 24 ..Today I was cleaning and getting rid of the FAT PANTS...I came across a pair of 16S AND I said to my self I won't get in them..But I tryed them on and..........THEY FIT ....THEY FIT......I have not been in a size like that since ????High School.....I just had to tell someone...199 is comming faster and faster for me...I better learn how to sew...
Heres my tools I am going to use with Curves...
This is the map I am going to use...Look out Sassy you are going for a good walk with mommy DOES SHE LOOK READY?

This was taken on a drive,,This was taken before I started to lose the weight
This was taken just as I was thinking of doing something about my weight
This was taken around Feb.or March of this year..Now the good ones are comming
This was taken this July when the kids were with their dad
Also taken in July2010 I need to look and realize how much I have come and to thank each and every one of you looking at my ACTIVITY FEEDS..If I can help in some way to help others I will do it...In our HUDDLE is says MAKE IT HAPPEN and WOO HOO

Yep my oldest just turned 30. I was thinking the same thing where does time go.The thing is after my weight lost I feel 20 (Ha Ha). Just yesterday I was out playing with my grandkids in the leaves. I,m a grandma that,s fighting my age.

What lovely children (and grands!) Mine are grown, too, and my oldest just turned 39. (I told him everyone will think he is lying this year--39 is what EVERYONE over 40 says). It goes VERY fast.

Great adventure. Wish I was closer to Florida so I could visit there. How far did you walk?

Great photos! That tree looks like its walking!!
I love trails in deep woods like that so green and pretty.
I enjoy going into caves, but haven't done so since I was very young. Miss road trips where you can find interesting things like this.
