M2 broc cheese soup
M3 leftover pizza
M4 2 cookies
M5 pork roast & veggies

An ok day yesterday….. We are a little short staffed today so I am not sure how things will go with meals or getting out for a walk on break. No real big plans for the weekend since hubby is working. Saturday will be grocery shopping and Sunday will be prepping food for the week. I hope everyone has a more exciting weekend planned, LOL.

M1 Egg sandwich on English muffin
M2 Triscuits, Cheese, jerky
M3 small plate of ground beef nachos
M4 bar
M5 2 slices of pizza… and I was stuffed

Another pretty good day on goals, although I would like to get in better workouts…. I plan on doing some good menu planning and grocery shopping so I can start improving the food :-) Overall I think I am starting to make some baby steps towards progress.

Today's Weight: 198.6
+/- from Last Weds: -.8

I am actually pretty surprised to see any loss at all this week. I figured I would be lucky to maintain the 2.6 loss from the week before so I am very pleased with any loss today :-) I think I might try and do a light kettle bell workout tonight????? We’ll see, I’m not sure what we have going on tonight. It does feel good to be back at my daily posts/accountability. It’s also nice to see more yes’ on there too :-) Have a great day ladies!

M5 Chicken Carbonara, broccoli

I had a great day yesterday. I didn’t sleep well at all last night though so no workout this morning. Kolton starts basketball tonight so I am not sure if I can squeeze anything in or not….. My food is still not where it needs to be but I am just focusing on getting my goals accomplished and staying accountable consistently for now. I will build on that when I am ready. Too much at once is not good for me as puts me back into the all or nothing mentality that never gets me anywhere, ugh.

My sister walked the Portland Marathon for the second year on Sunday and now I am seriously considering signing up for it with her next year. I need something to work towards. I was able to keep up a consistent workout schedule when I was training for my half but I was also able to get my runs in at lunch time which I can’t do anymore. My biggest concern is that I don’t know if I truly have the time to get in the long workouts when it gets closer. I might just sign up and have to be ok with the fact I might not be able to finish it….. I don’t know, still sorting it out in my head.

I had a great weekend. I took off work early on Friday to help hubby move our stuff into the Toy Box aka: the shop ;-) He is back on days and it is so nice to have time in the evenings just to hang out…. And a nice bottle of wine was nice too, lol. Saturday we went and picked up our trailer and bikes from my mother-in-laws place. All the bikes are in the toy box now too and I can’t believe how much room we still have in there. We did some killer BBQ ribs on the traeger grill and had MIL and a friend over for dinner. SUPER YUMMY!!!!! I can now park my car in the garage, woohoo!!!!! Now that our garage is cleaned out we have room to set up the projector and screen for family movie nights so we had BIL’s family over for Transformers 3 last night and BBQ chicken dinner. Busy weekend but fun. I also had to buy pants yesterday, argh~!! Not fun at all. I bought them a little snug because I plan on them fitting nicely very soon!!!! It made for nice incentive to get up and hit the bike before work this morning….
