Just read an article on different food face mask for more radiant skin~
Mash a banana and leave on for 10-15 minutes~ OR
Whole yogurt leave on for 20 minutes~ OR
Cook 1/3 cup of oatmeal and mix with honey(did not say how much ),cool.apply to face for 20 minutes~ OR
Beat egg whites and leave on face for 10-15 minutes~
I wonder if this works with expired food. I never seem to use all my eggs or eat the yogurt before it has expired .
I'm getting ready to go walking and then do Yoga....I WILL have a healthy weekend...Hope you d o too
