So, despite several struggles with my health, I've made steady progress. On my weigh-in day last week, though, I was SO disappointed! I only needed to have lost two pounds last week to make the twenty pound mark, but the dang-blasted scale only reported one pound. After the initial disappointment, I just kept plugging away with my program. This morning, the scale reported that my total lost to date is 22 pounds! That included an absolute splurge at a buffet on Saturday. Yay! I'll go shopping for my reward this weekend: a set of resistance bands.
