Yesterday was great! I went on a 5 mile run - my ankle is finally healing! I had both a small, healthy breakfast and lunch. Then, I went to two parties - one with foods for grazing; the other, a 5 course meal with 5 glasses of wine!
I'm not going to beat myself up over this. However, in this situation, I am wondering how to eat within my daily limits yet not offend the host by not finishing all of the food on my plate.
Any tips would be great!
