I love easy, fast and substantial when it comes to meals. The only hard part is actually doing it! Lol Love the outfit and bare feet! So summery (is that a word) and adorable!

Our UK Worcestershire Sauce (pronounced Woostersheer) has anchovies in it - does yours? So I have to buy Vegan/Vegetarian Worcestershire Sauce without the anchovies.

Great work Karen - and you look real slim and smart in that skirt and top

Wow, lots of steps to replacing that filter! Who knew?!

Your basement looks great! Ours is unfinished, and some water issues and a mud issue from under one part of the house. Nice to see usable basements!

Great basement! Our basement needs some work - it is a little damp. Good place to go when we have the tornado warnings! emoticon

I miss having a basement. Here in Kansas every home should have one. Nice place to keep the scale.

What a very interesting house - we don't have houses with basements like that over here (at least, I've never, ever seen one!) - is that a standard design in the US? makes a lot of sense to have all the 'stuff' down there - underground?

Way to go, Karen! I have been hungry this week and have eaten at the high end of my calorie range this week. Maybe the cooler temps made me want to eat more? emoticon

Have a great Sunday!

That's really great Karen - holding your weight is great, not 'bingeing' is great, and your exercise accomplishment is great! Great, Great, Great!!!!

I am not counting calories, but I've started to notice that about every 11-12 days I have a bit of an 'overeating' episode when I get the munchies! Interesting, huh? However, they're not too bad - probably about the same as yours - 500-1000 kcals excess.

Thanks for your vlogs - see you Monday!

Aren't those evening walks just spectacular! We live in the country and it's pitch black dark, no lights around for miles. Can be spooky tho.

Glad you have a safe neighborhood and were able to get out and enjoy the evening.

I agree, an evening/night walk is great - everything looks kind of different doesn't it? I often think of it, and don't often actually do it. I might even do it tonight now I've watched your vlog!
