Keeping a steady weight has been a lifelong struggle for me! Even when I was younger and on a dance team where I danced 20 + hours a week, I still had to be so careful about what I was eating while my friends never seemed to have to do that. As I get older, I appreciate the need to eat healthy. I know that eating healthy keeps me overall healthier and makes me feel better. If I could eat anything I wanted all the time, myself and family would be much less healthy. As I get back into a healthier lifestyle with eating more whole foods and less processed foods and adding jogging/light weights to my life I see the weight changes, body changes, and overall better feeling every day. I have lost almost 5 pounds this month and that may seem small, but it feels like a very successful day to me!
