I'm happy for your exercise goals, but the 44 lbs will only come when you measure every bite of food, calculate the calories and write it down in your SP Nutrition Tracker. I budget 300 calories per meal and 100 per snack with 1200 calories for the day. It worked for me and I'm down 31 lbs in 164 days. However, my wife is losing more slowly. Life is not fair.

day 4

Thursday, January 16, 2014

Feeling great so far! I started Intermittent eating plan where you eat so many hours a day, and then stop for so many hours. Ive researched it before I did it , so I feel the benefits should outway the outcome. Some people are negative about this way of adapting to this type of eating plan. I think I am cautious to listen to how I feel and how my body responds, so far so good. I feel full most days and Im not thinking and dwelling on the food. I have energy to workout in the morning too!
:)) I will be back to write the results next week. emoticon

wow well in just about 7 hours from now hopefully I will weigh in and the scale will go down a bit? I cant wait to see Ive been anticipating this.
I have read a lot of blogs were some very inspiring people made me think? They have either reached there goals or are close to it, so if they can hang on then so can I, that's it........ no matter if Ive had a good / bad week tracking food and exercise. I should just stick with this.
See what tomorrow brings?

Monday, January 13, 2014

Day 1 : of a 3 week Intermittent eating plan see if I can do it along with new excercises my son is a Nutrition Major 2nd year he's followed this plan of eating so many hours of the day and works out boxing ,running, and lifting so he put me up to the challenge , I think he looks great ! I will follow it and see what happens. I cant hurt at this point I've tried cutting back on portions, calories in and out counted points on WW hated it, did South Beach was successful for awhile then the weight came back. Went on a 3 week fast with the Daniel Fast ugh. it was horrible vegan diet so now Im trying this. Im up for the challenge! :))
