It must be Monday, because the weather is rainy, the pollen count is through the roof, the news is extra, extra dire and it seems like I am already behind the eight ball! I am still not participating in the recession and the battle is the Lord's-so I am going to let Him handle it today!

Pastor had a good message on how to have a better life. We are to focus on God's word and not what CNN, NBC has to say. The world's way of doing things has a way of blowing up in your face, bringing feelings of frustration, fear, envy, strife, etc. That is not what God's word tells us. Using my Bible as my blueprint, keeping God's words first and foremost in my mind and mouth, I am victorious and an overcomer! I am the head and not the tail, I am above and not beneath and the Greater on lives inside of me! So we can be better and not bitter. Learn to serve others, keep Christ first and foremost in my life and everything, yes everything will be alright. God did say we can have Heaven on earth, well I am ready to experience that!

God is awesome! Blessed are the feet of those who bring his word! God never fails, he always has an on time word for his people!  Continue in his word!

Praise God!!! You know our sermon today was a lot like that too. He preached on how we are to focus on the Spirit and not on the flesh. Living in the flesh we are dead and we do after all the things we think we want that just end up stressing us out more. When we focus and live in the Spirit we only want more of God and he brings us peace and the desires of our hearts that we need. Always nice to meet new sisters in the Lord. Have a blessed week!!!
