    Oh girl don't feel so sad. I know it is normal to feel like this from time to time, because if it is not it's just the two of us feeling like this from time to time..
When I feel like this, I reset ALL. Starting all over again. My fitness program go back to what ever I can ENJOY... if it's only a walk around the house, then it's my starting point. Eating habits, I take it little by little. And if I grave to something, I eat it. Tomorow is another day, when I feel stronger I will make the changes little by little..

    It's the weather, right? I thought it would be easier to exercise and find lots of fresh freggies in the summer, but I was wrong! It's too hot to move, let alone exercise, and why have freggies when you can BBQ and have ice cream?! We'll endure, we'll fight, we'll re-engage. We got this!!

    I'm working on a mile a day challenge, myself. My goal was 30 miles in 30 days. I think I'm behind the ball, but I look forward to trying to make it up!

    I walk, as well. I love Leslie Sansone DVDs because then I am doing aerobic walking...sweating, but close to the shower...I hate sweat! I use 3lb weights as I walk with one of her DVDs...great for upper body.

    Walking is my preferred excerise!! I even walk around my house when I get a phone call. I pace. I walk from the fartherest parking spot. It works!! Congrats to you!!! Wear a pedometer and work for 10K or more per day!! Amazing results.

    Best thing I ever did was to commit to walk 30 minutes a day, no matter what. It's usually in 10 to 15 minute bits, but I read that you can get the same benefit in 3 10 minutes as in one 30 minute brisk walk.

    I love to walk. I am doing Leslie Sansone 5 mile walk. And on odd days I do the Biggest Loser power walk 4 mile dvd. Both very good. But, I dont work up the sweat at 4 miles.

    I love the plan........challenge.......walking is the greatest ....doesn't cost a thing (except for cost of some good shoes) You can do it any where (vacations etc). You can do it alone or with some one. You can walk fast of slow it all comes down to exercise.

    I love walking! I walk every day.
I recently got the Wii game Walk it Out. It is a fun way to walk in the house so no excuses about rain, too hot, too cold. I found out about it on Spark and bought it on Amazon. Lots of people here on Spark use the game--there is even a team for it. I find myself exercising more and looking forward to it, too. Maybe this will work for you. It sure is fun! If you think you might be interested, go to my blog and click through from my teams. Then you can read about it and see what other people have to say about the game.

I need the EXTRA HELP emoticon

No matter what I did or didn't do, it wasn't working emoticon

    Good Luck! It works if you work it! My daughter does best when she's using WW. The groups and group accountablilty help her; different "in real life". Be well.

    Good luck to you! I joined that in February for an at work session. Hopefully it will work better for you and you can adapt better to it. I couldn't quite get over the mental hurdle of not tracking calories and that fruit and most vegetables were FREE points, when I know darn well they have calories! Better luck to you!

I Am Back...

Thanks to my sparkfriends who waited on the side lines for me emoticon....

Even though I didn't get to adjusting myself, I need to be back here for me. This is a fresh start I need to just work through it.
Leaving the bad thoughts behind and moving on to me.

Unfortunatly I spent that time with my Auntie, she was hospitalized and now is in rehab for at least a month. She is the only aunt on my mother side of the family and she is like my mom to me.
